3XV Sports is built on lived experience inside elite sport and a clear view of how value is created and too often lost across athletic careers.

We work with a select group of high-performance athletes, alongside brands, teams, and institutions, to design careers that extend beyond competition. Our work spans athlete management, media and brand development, and long-term commercial strategy, with a focus on ownership, durability, and outcomes that compound over time.

Rather than operating as a traditional agency, 3XV functions as a long-term partner. We take a selective, high-touch approach, staying close to decision-making and involved across the full arc of an athlete’s career from competition through transition and into future ventures.

At its core, 3XV exists to address a structural imbalance in modern sport. Athletes generate extraordinary cultural and commercial value, yet rarely retain meaningful control over what they help create. Our role is to help change that by building platforms, partnerships, and systems that allow athletes to participate in long-term value creation.
